Catering enquiries
When you submit the catering form, you provide your name, email address, telephone number, event type, proposed venue and message, plus any optional event date, time, guest estimate and additional requirements. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible catering arrangements. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Handling a requested enquiry is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a potential contract. Related correspondence may also be used for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and protecting against misuse. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing.
Form processing
The form sends your information securely to Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes submissions for Mena’s and may process technical information to prevent spam. Formspree may process data outside the UK. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for information about its processing and safeguards. Your information is shared with the Mena’s team so they can respond.
Keeping and managing your information
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to manage the enquiry, any resulting arrangements and relevant record-keeping obligations. Contact the team to ask about access, correction, deletion or restrictions on use of your information, or to raise an objection where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to data portability. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
